At the New Jersey Regional, hosted at the Sovereign Bank Arena in Trenton, Team 1403 won the REGIONAL ENGINEERING INSPIRATION AWARD. This award Celebrates outstanding success in advancing respect and appreciation for engineering within a team’s school and community. This is the second-highest award a team can garner.

Not only was this one of the first regionals of the year (as this was the first week of regional events), but it was also Team 1403’s first event of the year with our new Overdrive robot.At this event, many teams competed with their new robots in the 2008 game, Overdrive (more on this can be read directly on the team1403.net front page, here.

  • Friday 2-15 08 from 3:00 till 8:00
  • Saturday 2-16-08 from 9:00 till 3:00
  • Sunday 2-17-08 from 9:00 till 2:00
  • Monday 2-18-08 from 9:00 till 2:00

If you want to become a drive or co-pilot you need to be attending all 3 regional’s.  You need to speak with Mr. Leicht and let you wishes be known.
